About the role
- As an Implementation Consultant at Voze, you will lead customers through the full implementation lifecycle—from discovery and solution design to configuration, testing, rollout, and training. You will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers as they adopt Voze, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high-quality customer experience.
What you'll do
- This role collaborates frequently with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales and Customer Success Management to ensure smooth transitions and successful long-term adoption.
- Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients, driving timelines, deliverables, and communication.
- Facilitate discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, integration requirements, data needs, and success criteria.
- Build detailed project plans—including milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations with structured documentation, cadence, and workflow organization.
Technical Configuration & Solution Design
- Configure Voze to meet customer requirements including user setup, permissions, custom fields, workflows, APIs, and integrations.
- Partner with Engineering on complex technical requirements, data migration, and integration builds.
- Translate business processes into scalable, repeatable platform configurations.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Customer Enablement & Training
- Deliver high-quality onboarding, product training, and workflow documentation tailored to multiple user groups (executives, admins, end users).
- Guide customers through testing, UAT, and launch readiness.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring Voze is optimized for maximum adoption and value realization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to communicate customer requirements, feedback, and enhancement opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success to transition accounts smoothly post-implementation.
- Contribute to internal process improvements, playbooks, templates, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, onboarding, or consulting roles.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with large organizations.
- Strong technical aptitude, including experience with:
- APIs, integrations, and data flows
- CRM or workflow systems
- Basic troubleshooting and structured problem solving
- Excellent project management skills—able to plan, organize, communicate, and deliver against timelines.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience delivering training to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer empathy and a consultative approach to solution design.
Nice to Have
- Experience with field sales, field operations, or workflow-driven software platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Background in business analysis, product operations, or data mapping.
