About the role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO, CRO, and COO. This is a critical role requiring exceptional professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be based 100% onsite at our Draper, UT headquarters and will play a key part in helping our leadership team operate efficiently and effectively.
What you'll do
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Coordinate executive communications, including phone calls, emails, and meeting requests
- Prepare and organize materials for internal and external meetings
- Make domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address scheduling or logistical conflicts
- Organize and support on-site meetings, off-sites, and team events
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and act as a trusted gatekeeper
- Support special projects, reporting, and presentation preparation as needed
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams, clients, and partners
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive under pressure
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
- Proven track record of supporting multiple executives simultaneously
