About the role

  • Voze is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Voze. In this role, you will be responsible for helping drive forward our internal data analytics strategy. Using your skills, you will: analyze large datasets, interpret data trends, and generate reports to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools, and a solid understanding of data-driven decision-making processes. Voze HQ is located in Draper, UT- this position is open to local candidates who are available to work on-site.

What you'll do

  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets and product behavior to identify trends and patterns that provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or others—experience with Looker Enterprise a plus.
  • Collaborate with product teams, internal teams, customers, and prospects to understand their reporting needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Perform statistical analysis and build predictive models to support business goals.
  • Clean, transform, and model data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality by conducting regular audits and cleaning processes.
  • Help define key metrics and KPIs to measure business performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Skills

  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and database management.
