As a Membership Experience Associate, your primary responsibilities will be to contribute to the seamless operation of our showroom by ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for our valued members as well as communicating with members via email.
Your role involves maintaining high standards for the showroom experience, delivering excellent customer service, and upholding the integrity of our brand. This role will report into the Director of Member Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Showroom Maintenance:
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the showroom to create an inviting and premium environment for members.
- Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure all products are properly displayed and in excellent condition.
- Customer Interaction:
- Handle customer inquiries that may come through membership emails with prompt and professional responses.
- Ensure that all customer interactions, whether in person, via email, or over the phone, are handled with the highest level of service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Member Satisfaction:
- Strive for member satisfaction by providing assistance, information, and support as needed.
- Uphold the brand's commitment to delivering a positive and memorable experience for every member.
- Quality Control:
- Oversee the cleaning of products and perform quality control checks before products are handed to members.
- Follow established guidelines for any outgoing email or phone correspondence, maintaining consistency and quality in communication.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to follow guidelines and adhere to established processes.
- Experience with designer handbags.
- Analytical thinking while being customer-focused and brand-obsessed.
- Convey a can-do, positive attitude towards tackling challenges and opportunities.
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to get the job done.
