About Veho

Veho’s mission is to power the future of commerce by making shopping, shipping and returns seamless for everyone.

We are building a modern, end-to-end logistics infrastructure designed entirely for the ever-evolving needs of ecommerce brands and everyday consumers.

Powered by next-generation technology and a vertically integrated supply chain, Veho gives brands and their customers unprecedented control over their deliveries and removes the pain from the ecommerce post-purchase experience. We make delivery the ‘extension of the brand’ and leverage it to create deeper loyalty and trust between brands and their customers, driving customer retention and lifetime value. Our rapidly growing client list includes leading consumer brands like HelloFresh, Zara, Macy’s, Sephora, and more.

To truly build an iconic company, we strongly believe that our people and values must be aligned with our mission. As such, we take pride in our championship team, merit-based culture. We seek team players who want to compete, win, make an impact and build a legacy, and we reward performance and impact players with generous equity and incredible career growth opportunities.

About the Role:

The VP of Commercial owns Veho's entire commercial product surface: the client, the consumer, and the new offerings that monetize both. This leader defines and delivers the shipper-facing product strategy (self-serve tools, integrations, tiered service offerings), owns the end-consumer experience (a full web/mobile rebuild and the products that let Veho integrate deeply and own the consumer relationship), and builds (or partners for) Veho's New Offerings portfolio. What makes this role hard is the breadth. It spans B2B enterprise product, consumer product, and 0-to-1 new business lines, each with its own senior leader, and all of it has to ladder into one prioritized commercial roadmap that Sales, Operations, and the executive team trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Core Product & Client Services Operations

    • Own Veho's shipper-facing product strategy and roadmap: self-serve tools, API and WMS/OMS integrations, shipper portal, transparency (Pulse AI), and core capabilities like signature/PIN on delivery, SMB pickups, and ship-from-store.

    • Define and launch the tiered offering structure (OTD guarantees, claims rates, support levels) and the add-on architecture around it.

    • Lead and grow Client Services to deliver world-class onboarding, integration support, and ongoing success.

    • Key metrics: shipper NPS, retention/expansion, feature adoption, integration health, time-to-live, time-to-value.

    Consumer Product

    • Own the consumer web/mobile rebuild and the end-to-end consumer delivery experience.

    • Build the consumer monetization portfolio: pay-to-upgrade speed/tier, subscription ("Veho Prime"), delivery insurance, financing/BNPL, 2-hr scheduled delivery with revenue share to clients, and "all deliveries in one place."

    • Integrate deeply and own the consumer: turn consumer engagement into a defensible asset that clients value.

    • Key metrics: consumer MAU/engagement, CSAT, attach rate on paid consumer products, consumer-driven revenue, rev share delivered to clients.

    New Offerings (Digital & Physical)

    • Own the New Offerings portfolio: horizontal products designed to work across Veho and other carriers.

    • Digital: insurance, fraud protection, post-purchase engagement, pre-purchase conversion products (e.g., estimated delivery date).

    • Physical: returns drop-off network (build or partner), air zone skip, pickup/drop-off network products.

    • Run a disciplined 0-to-1 motion: validate, price, pilot, and make explicit scale-or-kill calls.

    • Key metrics: new offering revenue and margin, pilot velocity, attach rates, cross-carrier adoption.

Commercial Roadmap, Metrics & Go-to-Market Partnership

    • Own the single prioritized commercial roadmap across all three pods, with explicit tradeoffs against revenue, retention, and margin.

    • Partner closely with Sales and Account Management to translate shipper needs and market signals into prioritized product requirements and roadmap commitments.

    • Define and own the commercial product metrics stack end to end.

    • Key metrics: roadmap predictability, revenue influenced by product launches, executive/Sales trust in the roadmap.

Who You Are:

  • An Expert Builder: You have a track record of shipping B2B SaaS or marketplace products at scale and are energized by creating structure in fast-moving environments.

  • Integration-Savvy: You have a deep understanding of integration ecosystems (APIs, WMS, OMS, TMS) and view integrations as a core product surface rather than just a back-end concern.

  • Data-Driven: You are comfortable using SQL or BI tools to define KPIs and are rigorous about tracking product performance.

  • A Talent Magnet: You are invested in recruiting and developing exceptional people, fostering a culture of high ownership and continuous improvement.

  • AI-Native: You champion the use of AI tools to accelerate team output and are eager to lead by example in embracing new ways of working.

Desired Experience:

  • Leadership: 10+ years of progressive experience, with 3–4 years in senior product leadership roles managing PM teams.

  • Industry Background: Prior experience in high-growth logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or marketplace companies (e.g., last-mile tech or e-commerce enablement platforms).

  • B2B Expertise: Demonstrated ownership of the full product lifecycle for enterprise B2B products, from discovery to iteration.

  • Client Operations: Experience managing client-facing technical teams, such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Onboarding.

  • Executive Communication: Skilled at building roadmaps that earn C-suite trust and aligning Sales and Ops around a shared vision.

Compensation: $290,000 - $360,000 annually
