About Veho

Veho’s mission is to power the future of commerce by making shopping, shipping and returns seamless for everyone.
We are building a modern, end-to-end logistics infrastructure designed entirely for the ever-evolving needs of ecommerce brands and everyday consumers.
Powered by next-generation technology and a vertically integrated supply chain, Veho gives brands and their customers unprecedented control over their deliveries and removes the pain from the ecommerce post-purchase experience. We make delivery the ‘extension of the brand’ and leverage it to create deeper loyalty and trust between brands and their customers, driving customer retention and lifetime value. Our rapidly growing client list includes leading consumer brands like Hello Fresh, Zara, Macy’s, Sephora, and more.
To truly build an iconic company, we strongly believe that our people and values must be aligned with our mission. As such, we take pride in our championship team, merit-based culture. We seek team players who want to compete, win, make an impact and build a legacy, and we reward performance and impact players with generous equity and incredible career growth opportunities.

About the Role

As a Senior Analyst, Transportation Network Performance, you’ll be embedded in the Network Optimization team with a single mandate: continuously improving the health and performance of Veho’s transportation network through deep, insightful analysis. You will audit modeled performance against actuals, own dock congestion visibility, quantify the service impact of consolidations, and drive corrective action in real time.
This is a hands-on analytical role for someone who thrives on pulling the right levers at the right moment. Volume, lane utilization, transit times, hub congestion, and routing efficiency shift constantly—your job is to see those shifts as they happen, understand their service implications, and translate them into actionable network decisions before they become problems.
You’ll work closely with Transportation Operations, Ground Operations, Product, and the broader Network Optimization team. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where your analysis will directly influence how the network runs day to day.

What You’ll Do

  • Actuals vs. Modeled Performance Auditing: Continuously compare actual transportation performance (transit times, lane utilization, truck fill rates, ad hoc frequency) against the modeled plan. Identify where and why the network is deviating, quantify the on-time delivery impact of each deviation, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Network Health Monitoring: Own the daily view of network performance across lanes, hubs, and regions. Maintain a running understanding of lane utilization, ad hoc truck frequency, and on-time delivery trends. Surface where consolidation or routing changes improve service and where they do not.
  • Product Ownership: Serve as the operational owner of the Transportation Logistics Scheduling (TLS) and Network Mapping tools, ensuring scheduling logic, network configurations, and operational assumptions accurately reflect real-world network behavior and evolving volume patterns.
  • Network Tradeoff Decisioning: Develop and maintain the tradeoff framework for network decisions when volume deviates from plan. Provide real-time analytical support on which levers to pull—shifting departures, standing up temporary lanes, rerouting volume—with a clear view of the service implications of each option.
  • Transit Time & Operations Clock Optimization: Continuously evaluate actual transit times against targets and load/unload time allocations across hubs. Identify trends, diagnose root causes, and recommend adjustments. Analyze dock time end-to-end—inbound unload through outbound load—to refine the operations clock.
  • Transportation Impact Assessment for Network Changes: Ensure network change requests include a clear view of downstream transportation and network performance implications, including impacts to lane balance, hub processing flow, service reliability, and operating efficiency.
  • Network Change Communication: Serve as a central source of truth for network changes that affect transportation. Communicate updates—lane modifications, schedule shifts, routing adjustments, capacity changes—to the teams who need to know, ensuring stakeholders across operations have visibility into what is changing, when, and why.
  • Dock Congestion Ownership: Own the monitoring and management of dock congestion across hubs. Using dock door utilization data, identify where and when congestion is building, what is causing it, and what the downstream on-time delivery impact is. Proactively flag when congestion patterns require rerouting volume, adjusting departure schedules, or modifying time allocations.
  • Cross-Process Gap Analysis: Trace on-time delivery deviations back to the operational inputs that caused them, including injection timing and dock processing time. Surface findings and supporting data to the responsible teams so issues can be addressed at the source.

What You’ll Bring

Required
  • 2–4 years in supply chain, logistics, network planning, or transportation operations
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to work with large operational datasets (Excel, SQL, or BI tools such as Sigma, Hex, or similar)
  • Ability to translate data into actionable operational recommendations under time pressure
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where decisions have same-day impact on network performance and service
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills—this role interfaces daily with Transportation, Ground Ops, and Network leadership
Preferred
  • Experience with middle mile or linehaul network operations
  • Familiarity with TMS platforms (Turvo or similar)
  • Exposure to volume forecasting, lane optimization, or capacity planning
  • Experience building or operationalizing dashboards and planning tools
  • Comfort with automation tools (Slack workflows, AI assistants) to streamline repeatable analytical processes
  • Background in a high-growth logistics startup or 3PL environment

What Success Looks Like

  • A daily network performance view is established covering transit times, lane utilization, ad hoc frequency, and dock congestion across the network
  • Ad hoc truck usage is reduced through proactive identification of deviations from plan
  • You’ve taken full ownership of TLS and Network Map—including backend management—and driven measurable schedule optimization improvements
  • A network tradeoff framework is in active use for real-time lane decisions
  • Dock congestion monitoring is in place with proactive alerts when intervention is required
  • Transportation impact assessments are consistently incorporated into network change workflows
  • Stakeholders across operations have a reliable, single source of truth for network changes that affect transportation
  • Transit time accuracy improves measurably across the network
