About Veho

Veho’s mission is to power the future of commerce by making shopping, shipping and returns seamless for everyone.
We are building a modern, end-to-end logistics infrastructure designed entirely for the ever-evolving needs of ecommerce brands and everyday consumers.
Powered by next-generation technology and a vertically integrated supply chain, Veho gives brands and their customers unprecedented control over their deliveries and removes the pain from the ecommerce post-purchase experience. We make delivery the ‘extension of the brand’ and leverage it to create deeper loyalty and trust between brands and their customers, driving customer retention and lifetime value. Our rapidly growing client list includes leading consumer brands like Hello Fresh, Zara, Macy’s, Sephora, and more.
To truly build an iconic company, we strongly believe that our people and values must be aligned with our mission. As such, we take pride in our championship team, merit-based culture. We seek team players who want to compete, win, make an impact and build a legacy, and we reward performance and impact players with generous equity and incredible career growth opportunities.
About the Role
As the Benefits Lead, you will play a key role in administering and continuously improving Veho’s U.S. benefits programs while supporting the broader global People team. This role will focus primarily on U.S. benefits operations, including day-to-day administration, employee support, vendor coordination, and compliance across Veho’s benefits ecosystem.
You will partner closely with the Manager of Benefits to ensure a seamless and well-managed employee experience across the full benefits lifecycle — from enrollments and life events to leaves of absence and Open Enrollment planning. This role requires both strategic thinking and strong operational execution to ensure programs are compliant, competitive, and clearly understood by employees across Veho’s HQ and warehouse populations.
While this role is based in Colombia, the primary scope of responsibility will support Veho’s U.S. workforce and benefits programs.
You will work cross-functionally with Payroll, Legal, Finance, People Ops, and external brokers to ensure benefits programs run smoothly and employees receive timely, accurate support.
What You’ll Do
  • Support day-to-day administration of Veho’s U.S. benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans.
  • Manage enrollments, life events, eligibility updates, and employee support while ensuring accurate payroll deductions and system integrations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries from employees and managers.
  • Oversee administration of all leaves of absence and workplace accommodations in compliance with company policy and applicable regulations.
  • Partner with external vendors including insurance brokers, carriers, and leave administrators to ensure smooth operations and strong service delivery.
  • Support benefits renewals and lead operational planning and execution for Open Enrollment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and People teams to ensure operational alignment and compliance.
  • Help develop documentation, processes, and employee education materials that improve understanding and scalability of benefits programs
What Success Looks Like In your first 12 months, you will have:
  • Established yourself as a trusted operator for Veho’s U.S. benefits programs, ensuring accurate and efficient day-to-day administration.
  • Successfully led Open Enrollment operations and supported renewal activities without disruption to employees or internal teams.
  • Ensured smooth administration of leaves of absence and accommodations with timely, compliant outcomes and a positive employee experience.
  • Improved operational rigor across benefits processes, including enrollments, payroll coordination, and vendor management.
  • Built scalable documentation and processes that strengthen benefits operations as Veho continues to grow.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–8+ years of experience in benefits administration or total rewards
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement plans)
  • Experience administering leaves of absence and accommodations
  • Experience leading or supporting Open Enrollment processes
  • Experience managing brokers, carriers, and vendor relationships
  • A self-starter with a strong operational mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
  • Experience supporting distributed, hourly, or frontline populations preferred
  • Experience in high-growth or tech-enabled environments preferred
