About the Role:
The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will be the driving force behind the efficient and effective management of consumables within our Ground Operations., You will utilize our ticketing system, as well as created platforms, to ensure that all facilities activities are coordinated and completed according to company policies, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and quick resolution. Your role is essential in maintaining the operational integrity of our facilities, ensuring that each team has the needed equipment on site and to quickly resolve opportunities.

  • Is adept at using technology, particularly ticketing systems and maintenance management software.
  • Has a strong sense of urgency and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage Maintenance Requests: Oversee the intake and processing of maintenance requests, ensuring they are assigned, tracked, and resolved according to company policies.
  • Coordinate Preventative Maintenance: Utilize the ticketing system to schedule and monitor preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure Quick Resolution: Prioritize and facilitate the quick resolution of maintenance issues, coordinating resources and personnel to address problems efficiently.
  • Escalate as Necessary: Identify and escalate any requests that exceed predefined thresholds, ensuring that critical issues receive the appropriate level of attention.
  • Optimize Processes: Continuously review and refine maintenance processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Close Out Issues: Ensure that all maintenance tasks are properly documented, closed out, and reported, maintaining a high level of accountability.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a facilities maintenance coordination role or similar position, with experience managing maintenance schedules and requests.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using maintenance management and ticketing systems.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with team members and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in facilities management or maintenance (e.g., FMP, CFM).
  • Process Improvement: Experience in developing and implementing process improvements for maintenance operations.
  • Cost Management: Experience in managing budgets and optimizing maintenance costs.
  • Health & Safety Knowledge: Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in facilities maintenance.
Compensation:
$60,000 | Offers Equity
The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as education, experience, and skills. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company. Additionally, Veho offers a competitive equity package, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as other benefits such as 401k and unlimited PTO for exempt-level roles.
