Growth Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Growth Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team at ShopThing. You'll play a key part in supporting day-to-day sales operations, shopper event coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with teams across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of sales, events, and operations. This role will be a right hand, and will report into the Talent Development and Sales Manager.
This opportunity is a 4 month contract, with the possibility of extension and/or full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in shopper event scheduling with luxury fashion partners
- Event support including sending calendar invites, assisting shoppers on-site and contributing to overall event curation
- Support in collaborating cross-functionally with the Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Maintain and update sales tracking databases and internal records
- Support in preparing monthly performance summaries
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, top-selling brands, and performance insights
- Conduct market research to identify new brand opportunities in our core markets
- Contribute to special event related projects for Q4
- Opportunity to learn and contribute cross-department
- Help manage internal communications by taking notes during meetings and tracking action items
- Support with administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Passion for fashion, luxury retail, and tech
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
