Your Mission
Orchestrate the successful delivery and evolution of key programs within one of Pattern's product verticals. As the linchpin between our technical teams, customer success, and leadership, you will bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex projects, ensuring we deliver maximum value to our customers and the business. Your leadership will turn fluid priorities into executed plans.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Execution: Take end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of programs. Define project scope, build detailed work-back plans, and drive execution across engineering, product, and customer success teams to hit critical milestones and deliver on business objectives.
Fluid Priority Management: Expertly navigate and prioritize within a dynamic environment. You will balance competing demands, adapt plans to new information, and clearly communicate trade-offs to stakeholders without losing sight of the overarching program goals.
Stakeholder Synthesis: Act as the central hub for communication. Synthesize updates from technical teams into clear, actionable insights for leadership and customer-facing teams. Ensure everyone, from engineers to executives, is aligned on status, risks, and decisions.
Risk Anticipation & Mitigation: Proactively identify technical, operational, and timeline risks before they become roadblocks. Develop robust mitigation strategies and facilitate problem-solving sessions to keep programs on track.
Process Architecture: Champion and implement lightweight, effective project management processes (e.g., agile, scrum, kanban) that bring structure without bureaucracy. Your focus is on enabling the team's velocity and clarity.
Resource & Dependency Mapping: Maintain a clear view of team capacity, technical dependencies, and external blockers. Work proactively to unstick the team and ensure they have what they need to move forward efficiently.

Master Communicator: You can translate between technical and business contexts with ease. You are known for your clear, concise updates and your ability to facilitate meetings that lead to concrete decisions.
Unblocker Mentality: You are obsessed with removing obstacles for your teams. You don't just track status; you actively work to solve problems and empower others to do their best work.
Pragmatic Process Advocate: You believe in just enough process to be effective. You adapt your methodology to the team and the problem, favoring agility and outcomes over rigid adherence to any single framework.
Collaborative Influencer: You build trust quickly and can influence without direct authority. You report to the Customer Success Director but are a peer and partner to engineering leads, driving alignment across the organization.
