Your Mission
Architect the technical onboarding journey for new customers onto our core Pulse platform. You will be the technical lead who translates complex customer data and airport processes into a seamless, integrated experience, proving business value and building the repeatable playbooks that will scale our onboarding team. This role is the bridge between our product's technical capabilities and our customers' operational reality.
Key Responsibilities
Data Orchestration & Integration: Dive deep into customer data systems to identify gaps, design ingestion pipelines, and build translators that convert customer-specific APIs and data formats into the unified "Pulse language." You'll ensure data integrity and flow is flawless before go-live.
Technical Solution Design: Learn and map unique airport operational processes. Then, design and build the process maps and user interfaces within Pulse that bring these processes to life for our customers, ensuring the platform solves their most critical problems.
Simulation & Value Proving: Own and run the technical simulation phase of onboarding. Use your development skills to create and execute test scenarios that prove the business value of Pulse, de-risking the go-live decision for key customer stakeholders.
Playbook Foundation: Turn ambiguous, early-adopter customer implementations into standardized, repeatable processes. Your work will form the foundational playbook for a fast-growing onboarding team, moving us from custom solutions to scalable products.
Autonomous Project Leadership: Operate with a high degree of autonomy to manage the technical side of customer onboarding. You'll identify dependencies, manage timelines, and be the primary technical point of contact for customers, from IT Directors to Airline Ops Managers.
Product Feedback Loop: Serve as the voice of the customer to our core engineering team. Your front-line experience will be paramount in prioritizing new features, bugs, and improvements to make Pulse more robust and implementable.

Who You Are
Full-Stack Problem Solver: 2-5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in backend or full-stack roles within large-scale, production cloud environments. Proficiency in C++ is a significant plus.
Data Whisperer: You have a keen eye for data integrity and manipulation. You're adept at analyzing complex data sets for holes, designing data translation logic, and building reliable data ingestion pipelines.
Ambiguity Navigator: You thrive in chaos and bring structure to the undefined. You are comfortable working through ambiguous processes with early-adopting customers and enjoy the challenge of creating clarity and repeatability.
Customer-Facing Technologist: You excel at translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. You build trust easily and are as passionate about delivering customer value as you are about writing elegant code.
Aviation Process Learner (or Expert): You are excited to become an expert in airport ground operations—or you already are one! You understand that great software must be built on a foundation of deep domain knowledge.
Autonomous Owner: You are a self-starter who can identify what needs to be done and execute with minimal guidance, driving projects from a technical plan to a successful, on-time launch.
