Glimpse offers AI services for retail brands starting with an AI deductions service. Deductions are fees that brands incur from their distributors & retailers & brands 2-3% of their topline sales to invalid deductions. Glimpse automates this end to end directly impacting the bottom line with the vision of becoming a suite of services to help brands succeed.

Since launching in April 2024, Glimpse has quickly grown from 0 --> 100 customers with a small team (3 founders until October 2024 and 8 as of February 2025). Our team operates in person in NYC and everyone has high ownership a we continue to grow exponentially.

Prior to launching this, the Glimpse founders previously built the first Airbnb product placement network and have spent 6 years building solutions for consumer brands.

We’re seeking an experienced and creative Product Designer with at least 4+ years of experience to join Glimpse initially on a contract basis, with strong potential to convert to full-time. You’ll lead design efforts to create intuitive, engaging experiences on our deductions platform, collaborating closely with founders, engineers, and the full team to solve impactful problems for major consumer brands.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product design from research and wireframing to polished visual interfaces.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate designs using Figma.
• Collaborate directly with engineering and product teams to ship high-quality designs quickly.
• Maintain and enhance our design system, ensuring consistency across products.
• Advocate for users through thoughtful UX design and feedback-driven iteration.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of professional UI/UX or Product Design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean visual design, thoughtful interaction design, and user-centered product thinking.
• Comfortable working closely with engineers and familiar with front-end development constraints.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, agile startup environments.
• Excellent communicator, able to clearly articulate and defend design decisions.
• Ability to work in our New York office (hybrid flexibility during initial contract).

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior experience designing analytics dashboards, visualizations, or B2B SaaS applications.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript concepts.
• Experience working in an early-stage startup.
